“Calm, ancient, quietly superior. A god who is slowly losing and refuses to admit it.”
The Hollow Sovereign is a living world boss that speaks, remembers, and issues prophecies. Every line he utters is generated in real time. He reacts to who killed him, who he killed, who’s online, and what has happened on the server recently. He is not a scripted loop of dialogue.
When he arrives, he taunts the realm:
“[The Hollow Sovereign] I have arrived.”
“[The Hollow Sovereign] <a custom line referencing the last hero who slew me>”

If the Sovereign has recognized you as his nemesis before this fight, slaying him again grants an extra Jewel of Creation ×5. You earn nemesis status by accumulating the most total kills on him across all players.
Every time you kill the Sovereign, he remembers. The player with the most cumulative kills becomes his nemesis. The Sovereign’s taunts, death lines, and prophecies will personally acknowledge you. From that point on, every time you fell him again, the nemesis bonus fires.
Every 30 minutes, the Sovereign issues a riddle. Each prophecy has exactly one goal: kill a specific monster, anywhere in the world, before the prophecy expires (25 minutes).
Example:
“[The Hollow Sovereign] The frostbound sentinel slumbers where mortals fear the ice.”
Decoding this might send you hunting an Ice Monster in Devias or an Ice Walker in Raklion. The riddle always hints at the target’s name.
The Sovereign draws from a wide pool of creatures spanning every major map, from the lowliest vermin of the starter zones to the elite horrors of endgame territory. The specific target is never named directly. You have to read the riddle and figure out what he means.
He also pays attention to where players already are. If a map is busy with active players, he’ll tend to send you somewhere quieter, so expect to travel off the beaten path. The difficulty of the riddle scales with the reward tier: easier prophecies send you to familiar creatures, harder ones demand you track down something obscure.
Listen carefully. Every riddle contains a hint at the target’s name or nature.
Difficulty scales the currency pool. All currency pools follow the same five-tier curve (Common 75% → Legendary 0.1%).
| Difficulty | Guaranteed Drops | Currency Pool |
|---|---|---|
| Easy | Jewel of Bless ×5 | Ruud 100 – 10,000 |
| Medium | Jewel of Bless ×10 + Jewel of Soul ×10 | Ruud 200 – 20,000 |
| Hard | Jewel of Bless ×30 + Jewel of Soul ×30 + Jewel of Creation ×10 | Ruud 400 – 40,000 · WCoin 60 – 8,000 |
If the riddle expires unfulfilled, the Sovereign reacts with quiet contempt. No reward, and the kill tracker resets for the next cycle.
